Once your order has been processed then you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in AUD.
If your card does not pay in AUD then the your bank may convert your local currency to AUD to make payment for the order.

My item was damaged in transit. What can I do?
If a received product is damaged or defective then please kindly email our team at lylybeauty305@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivery to arrange a return for a replacement or a refund.
